Do you sell my data?

No, we will never sell your data. Photoprivy is a platform where you can share your media (photos & videos) privately and securely with your friends and family. You can read more about how we do use your data in our Your Data section and you can read more in our Privacy Policy.

Do you have advertisements?

No, we don't use advertisers to make money; we would need to give or sell your data for that. We found that it' s a growing trend that people don't want advertisements on the photos and videos of their family and that ad blockers are becoming main-stream.

Why do I need to pay to post my photos?

There are two basic ways for a social media company to make money. 1) keep everything free, sell the user' s data, and display ads. 2) Have the users pay a subscription. Option 1 is out of the question for us if we are going to keep your data private. We don't like the idea of our family photos scraped for data and sold to the highest bidder, and we don't expect you to either.

How do I report spam or inappropriate content?

If you feel someone has posted something that is Spam or violates our Community Guidelines, you can report it by clicking on the icon to the right of the content. Just follow the menu and enter as much information as possible, and we'll review the content as quickly as possible.

How do I report an issue with my subscription?

If you are having an issue with your subscription or were not charged correctly for your subscription, please contact us directly so we can work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What do I do when I was charged by mistake?

If you were charged by mistake and need the charge removed or refunded, please contact our payment processor, Paddle, customer support directly at https://paddle.net/
