In our mobile application you have the option to import your address book into Photoprivy. This allows us to make it easier for you to search your contacts, both in the mobile app and on the website, when inviting your friends and family to your Stories. The data will NOT be sold or given to any third party.

You may opt-out of importing your contacts at anytime after you opt-in by going to the App Settings page and turning off the feature 'Import Phone Contacts' or by revoking the Apps permissions to access your phone's address book.

Your address book data is sent to our servers to be processed and stored on our servers. Below is an example of the data sent to the server:

The contact's Family Name, Given Name, and Email are indexed in the search engine making it easier for you to search for the person on Photoprivy.
